3. Customer Responsibilities

Failure to pay may result in legal action and/or the withholding of stored vehicles until payment is received in full.

5. Liability and Limitations

6. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles stored by Britannia Recovery Services Ltd are held at the owner\'s risk, except where damage is caused by our negligence. Storage fees apply and will be communicated prior to vehicle storage. Unpaid storage fees may result in disposal or sale of the vehicle under relevant law.

7. Accidents and Incident Reporting

In the event of an accident, Britannia Recovery Services Ltd will assist with vehicle recovery and roadside support. Customers must notify their insurance provider of the incident as appropriate. Britannia Recovery Services Ltd does not assume responsibility for accident investigations or claims processing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of Britannia Recovery Services Ltd services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.

9. Changes to Terms
